* treated with Cephazolin: antibacterial
* no improvements since treatment; stable condition: consider further treatment: radiographs/surgery
* Big Red dry dog food
* Inside/outside dog: possibility to roam into street
* Current on vaccines
* Non-weight bearing on both hind legs: localizes injury
* Superficial and deep pain sensation to both hind legs, tail, and perineum: nerves are at least partially intact
* Reflex responses in hind legs inconsistent and non-repetitive: possible nerve damage
* Motor function present in both hind legs and tail: functioning innervation
* Weight bearing not attempted: severe pain despite treatments
* Superficial skin abrasions lateral right hind: localizes area affected
* R hind swollen distal to stifle: further localizes injury
* L hind swollen to toes: further localizes injury
* Instability palpable on R tibia: further localizes injury
* Tibia non-continuous in mid-shaft: further localizes injury; fracture
* R hind joints normal: joints not affected
* L hind proximal femur abnormal movement and occasional crepitation: further localizes injury; possible fracture
* Source of problems of L limb are non-localized among femur, hip joint, and pelvis
