Four new modules on aspects of fresh-food chain management (FSCM) will be developed jointly, tobe included in the curricula of the African partner universities:
• Sustainable quality-oriented fruit and vegetable production
• Sustainable quality-oriented dairy production
• Cooperatives and Cooperation of smallholders/disadvantaged actors
•Fresh-food chain management and food marketing (focussing on poverty alleviation)
