The exchange of lecturers will support HR development for implementation of Activitites 3 to 7.

HUB will coordinate this activity. HUB will conduct trainings of African lectures. All partners will provide work space and infrastructure for visiting lecturers and support their work. All partners will send lecturers for exchange.
