Activity - Research - Administrative - Calendar

This activity is enabled by the functionality described by the MWE FIV deliverables.

 - Browser based remote access
 - Access to Calendar
 - Provision of personalised information
 - Single Sign On
 - Synchronisation with PDA

The researcher requires easy access to calendar information.

They will be able to access their personal portal homepage using any networked computer and a standard browser (?).

From here they will be able to view a portlet showing an abstracted summary of the days events.

They will also have the capability ro synchronise their calendar with a PDA or any portable computing device (Palm OS as well as PocketPC?)

They will have to capability of printing out a formatted summary of the day view of the calendar.

Clicking on any entry in the calendar will display more information in a pop-up window (?)
