Creating a Knowledge Soup

  1. Select the project to which you want to add a Knowledge Soup and switch it to edit mode. Note that the project you select should be located on a server so that others may access the Soup at any time.



    Choose the Switch Project to Edit Mode option in the Edit menu.

  2. Create a Knowledge Soup in the selected project by choosing the the New Soup... option in the Tools menu.

  3. Enter the name of the Soup, your name as the owner and a description. Then click on the properties panel and confirm the properties for the new Knowledge Soup.



    Click create.

    A Knowledge Soup will be created and added to the selected project. The new Soup may be edited just like a concept map by double-clicking on the icon in the project browser or used in as a medium to collaborate.
