Calf dragging left front limb
Limb uniformly swollen 2x normal size
2 granulating wounds on limb
Area around fracture covered with pink epithelium
Limb is unstable and crepitation is heard upon manipulation
Draining tract on dorsomedial side of limb that exudes purulent material
Valgus deformity of limb
Calf appears normal otherwise
Crepitation at metacarpus at site of instability
MC/phalangeal joint has limited ROM
Tight bands of tissue palpated that connect the raised toes with the dorsum of foot
