Learning Issues:

1. When do bones completely ossify in young dogs?
2. Review innervation of the hindlimb. (i.e. can you sever a nerve and still have 
hindlimb function.)
3. Can soft tissue swelling cause compression on the nerves, decreasing impulses to an 
area.
4. In nerve damage, is sensory function lost before motor?
