Plan of action: 1. Definitely do radiographs of the right and left hindlimbs and the spine as well as the thorax 2. CBC -check, among other things, myoglobin levels as an indicator of muscle damage 3. Ultrasound to survey for any soft tissue injuries and for abdominal ascites 4. Monitor urine output 5. Do another thorough PE as the original is 3 days old 6. Do an EKG...look for wide and bizarre, irregular QRS complexes 7. Ultra sound to check for evidence of pericarditis
