Diagnosis: This dog has multiple fractures that will require surgical intervention to repair properly. This is due to the nature of the injuries: unstable and comminuted fractures. The small fragments that lack blood supply in the tibia and fibula will need to be removed. We will attempt to repair the femur while leaving the larger bone fragment in place. Based on the laboratory results provided, the urinary tract seems intact and functional. We will need to monitor the dog's urine output to ensure that there are no further complications.
