Present History	abnormal gait
			Right worse than left
			Normal walk
			Uncomfortable when sitting down
			Worse in morning and after activity
			Reluctant to use stairs
			Rimadyl @ 10mg/kg when painful
- no response to treatment
Past History		No trauma
			Iams large breed free choice
			Lives indoors
Physical		normal stance
			Disproportionate amt. Wt. On fore legs
			Mild lamenesss (1/4)  Right Rear
			No neuro deficiets found
			No muscle pain/atrophy
			Palpation hip joints - pain rxn rt>left
- extension > flexion
Hip motion max 100 degrees
Ortalani sign positive on left side
	Unable to evaluate on right
