Explanation of the facts:
Shortly after birth moved to West Virginia (5 weeks ago)
Lame for past two weeks
Foal is 7 weeks old presently
Owners complains that:  foal lays down a lot, can get up okay but doesnŐt use the limb 
much
One of 7 horses in herd
Since injury owner separated mare and foal from rest of herd
