Analysis: Current statistical data obtained from Bakong high school students indicate that they are interested in additional information and professional development., Presentation Flow Chart, Strategies Pilot test: Curicculum will be pilot tested in the following areas: Workshop: Business and Computer Skills, Statement of Need Getting Started: -Overview of Life Skills -Exploring the Career Corner Program in Caring for Cambodia (CFC) schools, Presentation Strategies, Target Population Analysis: Current statistical data obtained from Bakong high school students indicate that they are interested in additional information and professional development., Pilot test: Curicculum will be pilot tested in the following areas: Workshop: Business and Computer Skills 6 week workshop, Assessments Maintenance: Results from the pilot test will determine further implementation of the program. Modifications will be made to enhance the program before additional curriculum and resources are integrated to the Career Corner program., 6 week workshop Production: Research will drive the design of the surveys, curriculum and resources for the pilot test., Development: 1. Pre- and Post-surveys will be conducted by researchers to examine the attitudes, beliefs, skills, and motivation of students to continue to higher education and professional development as it pertains to their career aspirations. 2. Curriculum will be designed to suit the current student demographic based on a research study conducted in March 2012. The curriculum will serve a variety of purposes, and include workshops, informational pamphlets, and resources students can use independently in the Career Corner facility. Pilot test: Curicculum will be pilot tested in the following areas: Workshop: Business and Computer Skills, Presentation Target Population, Implementation: Researchers will travel to Bakong high school in March 2013 to train staff to use the curriculum and supplemental resources for the pilot test. The pilot test will be conducted from October 2013- November 2013.
