Four new modules on aspects of food supply chain management (FSCM) will be developed jointly, tobe included in the curricula of the Asian partner universities:
• Food bio-technology
• Quality oriented production in horticulture and agriculture
• Post-harvest engineering (food processing including technological operations)
• Food supply chain management and food marketing
