This Concept Map, created with IHMC CmapTools, has information related to: ADDIE_project 1, Analyze: Role of Higher Education in the success and future of Cambodia as part of ASEAN and the global community -an educated population will allow Cambodia to integrate into the global community with well trained, educated professionals. The role of CFC is to provide ample opportunities for students to use education as a springboard to success. Design: CFC-LU partnership created a Career Corner to help students entering the workforce, or thinking about their future career goals, to find ways to become more aware of the opportunities in the local area as well as in other provinces of Cambodia. In addition, the Career Corner provides instructional support, computers, field trips to enhance student understandings of what careers and opportunities are currently available to them., Development: Modifications are necessary to enhance student participation, attendance during field trips, implementation of workshops, creating informational resources for students entering the workforce in a variety of different fields. Implementation: Pilot Study using current Career Corner strategies, but conducting an empirical research project that assesses the current student perceptions of the Career Corner, implementation of workshops and supplemental resources, followed by a post-test that examines the results of the intervention, Evaluation: Pre-and post-surveys will be given to students to analyze their attitudes, beleifs, and motivation regarding the Career Corner and opportunities available to them that have/will facilitated career enhancement and employment opportunities.
