Pre- and Post-surveys will be conducted by researchers to examine the attitudes, beliefs, skills, and motivation of students to continue to higher education and professional development as it pertains to their career aspirations. 2. Curriculum will be designed to suit the current student demographic based on a research study conducted in March 2012. The curicculum will serve a variety of purposes, and include workshops, informational pamphlets, and resources students can use independently in the Career Corner facility., Implementation: Researchers will travel to Bakong high school in March 2013 to train staff to use the curriculum and supplemental resources for the pilot test. The pilot test will be conducted from April 2013- June 2013. Post-test survey of the pilot phase will be administered in June 2013 Maintenance: Results from the pilot test will determine further implementation of the program. Modifications will be made to enhance the program before additional curriculum and resources are integrated to the Career Corner program., 2 month workshop Production: Research will drive the design of the surveys, curriculum and resources for the pilot test., Development: 1.
